To ensure the connections created are mutually beneficial and respectful, any usage of the Grand Tour Experience website must be in line with our Code of Conduct by which users agree:

2. To not behave in an offensive, aggressive, threatening, harassing, racist or xenophobic nature, or with sexual connotations, inciting violence, discrimination or hatred towards their local guides, experts and surrounding people
3. To respect local customs and rules & regulations
Payment
When making a reservation, it is possible you have to pay the full amount in advance. In this case you pay us the full amount stated on the website. As a traveler no additional payments are needed; when the reservation is confirmed by us, all payments are done.

Grand Tour Experience content may not be used or copied without explicit authorization from Grand Tour Experience.
All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs, music, sounds, images, software, videos, designs, typefaces and other content (collectively "Proprietary Material") on this website is owned by Grand Tour Experience, or is used with the owner’s permission. This Proprietary Material is protected in all forms, media and technologies. Users may not copy, download, use, redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from this website without Grand Tour Experience' prior written permission.
Availability
Availabilty of tours and guides is upon check with Grand Toour Experience office. The time slots shown on the site are only indicative and do not reflect the actual availability of the guides, which being a high quality service, are subject to high demand expecially in high season.

EU law of "tourist package" and "Modulo Informativa Standard"
We don't provide a tourist package as per law: the tourist service offered and sold includes two "services" intrinsically linked to each other, and therefore does not constitute a "tourist package" or other connected service; if one of the two services is not considered "not intrinsically connected", the aforementioned service offered does not constitute a tourist package since one of the two "services" does not correspond to at least 25% of the value (and does not constitute an essential element of the service offered) of the provision offer. Disputes and jurisdiction
Without prejudice to any attempt at an amicable and out-of-court settlement, the parties agree that the Court of Nola will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute relating to any controversy. The parties agree that an assisted negotiation or mediation body will always be used before undertaking any judgement.
